The facial rejuvenation treatment is a special combination of massage techniques developed specifically for the face. Holistic massage movements, gua sha, acupressure and facelift movements all designed to help release tension, balance the emotions, improve the complexion, remove toxins from the face and prevent facial wrinkles.

Foot reflexology that incorporates a personally tailored blend of essential oils for your needs on the day, both physical and emotional. For example, if you are feeling stressed and unable to sleep, it may be that we need to utilise a hormone balancing and relaxing synergy of oils like roman chamomile, lavender and rose to help ease anxiety and restore calm.
Reflexology just like stress is cumulative and as your body begins to take on more and more stress, this will start to create wear and tear on your wellbeing. Reflexology has a cumulative effect on the body, often subtle, reflex by reflex, session by session, gently helping the body turn back towards a state of ease and balance

Benefit from the healing properties of an individually tailored essential oil blend that will be applied to your feet. As a trained clinical aromatherapist, the oils I use will be specifically chosen for you and your needs on the day.
The session will conclude with me showing you one or two key reflex points that you can continue to work on at home.

Having been specifically trained in both fertility and maternity reflexology, I have worked in this area for the past 5 years.
I understand the myriad of factors that impact fertility and can work with you to improve your health, and reduce stress, during your journey to conceive naturally or alongside conventional medical treatment such as IVF.

The face's proximity to the brain means that deep relaxation can often be achieved immediately. Especially helpful for stress, anxiety, low mood and headaches.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage

RLD is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and helps to reduce swelling.
It is particularly effective on patients who have developed secondary lymphoedema of the arm following treatment for breast cancer. RLD is also beneficial for those with oedema and other inflammatory conditions.
